Knife Robberies in Stourbridge

Two men are being questioned by West Midlands Police this morning after a spate of knife-crimes in the county on Monday night.

Officers were called to Stourbridge bus station at 9.30pm on January 4 after a man was robbed of his mobile phone at knife-point.

Police on the scene were then notified that two more victims had been held at knife-point, though neither reported their property had been stolen.

In all four robberies or attempted robberies happened in Stourbridge around the bus and railway stations between 9pm and 9.30pm.

Two men, aged 21 and 23, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and are currently in police custody helping with enquiries.
